Mental Health Services

Community Support Case Management

Provides Case Management Services to adults, age 18 and older, who have been diagnosed with mental health or developmental disorders and reside in the central Maine area. These services promote positive integration into the community setting, thereby minimizing the need for hospitalization, fostering independence, and enhancing the quality of life.

Services include:

  • Evaluation of wants and needs
  • Development of an individualized treatment plan
  • Advocacy
  • Skills development to cope with issues of daily living
  • Accessing resources (housing, medical, social services, financial, transportation, vocational, spiritual, etc)
  • Financial mentoring
  • Help in becoming empowered in making healthy decisions

Mental Health Services is a member of The Maine Association of Mental Health Service Providers, COA, United Way, and several staff are members of NASW.
