Luc received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maine and has a master’s degree in rehab counseling from the University of Southern Maine. He is a certified rehabilitation counselor and is a licensed clinical professional counselor. He has been a clinical supervisor for the past five years for the Catholic Charities Targeted Case Management program. Luc worked in the Catholic Charities Adult Case Management program as a community support worker for seven years and in the Catholic Charities Outpatient Mental Health Program as a counselor for two and a half years. He has worked in the mental health field for almost 20 years.
