Provide assistance to the team support staff to support the mission of Catholic Charities Maine and to adhere to the core values of the agency. Must be able to work with confidential materials, demonstrate sensitivity towards persons with mental illness, be flexible and dependable, have knowledge of basic office tasks, and be willing to learn new tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Building Pre-Intake folders
- Assisting with filing
- Coverage of Front Desk staff (for breaks)
This volunteer opportunity allows us to better serve the individuals we work with as efficiently as possible. The help this volunteer gives, will provide us with the opportunity to help more people in the community.
Orientation - 1/2 day of orientation training
Time Commitment - Flexible schedule
